If you are experiencing difficulties logging in to The Writers Channel web site, follow this checklist to help us identify your problem.
1. Have you joined The Writers Channel Community?
	The Writers Channel is a membership only community. After joining you will receive a username and password in your email which will enable you to log in here.
2. Check your username and password!
	Yes, I know it sounds obvious :), but please double check your password and username have been entered correctly. Pay special attention to capitalizations and numbers - is it really a 'zero' or an 'oh'?. We don't have access to your password due to the encryption – please refer to the confirmation email sent to you by Paypal or go into your paypal account itself to retrieve it.
3. Confirm that cookies are enabled in your browser
	We use cookies in the writerschannel.net log in process to enable you to stay logged in between sessions. A cookie is a small file stored on your computer that holds your username and encrypted password for this site. No other personal information about you is stored in the cookie, and it is recommended you enable cookies for smoother browsing experience.

Make sure to tell us what browser and version you are using (eg. Internet Explorer v5.5, Netscape 6.2 etc) and what operating system you are running on your computer (eg. Windows 98, Mac OSx etc), and we will help troubleshoot the problem further.
